About me
PhD in Environmental Sciences and member of several learned societies. Recipient of several accolades, including grant by Searle, IRSIP fellowship by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Postdoc fellowship by Campus France, and travel award by European Cooperation in Science and Technology Association. During my first post-doc at CNAM, France, I worked on GWAS and TWAS of AIDS. My current post-doc is on the development and application of similar techniques in microbes.
I have imparted training and consultancy for computational biology projects to university students. Other engagements include editorial board membership of three biological science journals.
