GWAS tutorial...!!!

A very good resource to perform quality control, GWAS and polygenic risk score calculation on dataset of 207 individuals from International HapMap project   (http://hapmap.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/downloads/genotypes/2010-05_phaseIII/plink_format/; Gibbs et al., 2003) using PLINK, PRSice, and R. It was published recently and is a good way to start and the scripts can be accessed here if anyone wants to try...

A complete one click GWAS package available online now..

If anyone tries, please let me know how it is..

A dataset of ~300 individuals is normally fine for GWAS but again that things are debatable and may be criteria becomes stricter with time and according to journal, with publication of massive new data-sets. You are welcome to leave your opinion in the comment section below regarding this.
